In recent times, I decided to try LAWN BOWLS and in an instant became an avid fan. No longer simply an old persons' pursuit or past time, Lawn Bowls now attracts young people en masse - and it's becoming a big money sport worldwide! Major championships are being contested by 14 year olds.

At Nineteen years of age they'll have turned pro. already; Australia's hopes for Bowls success by our Commonwealth Games team relied almost entirely on a select group of 25 year old guys 'n chicks. And serious sports minded men and women in their 20's and 30s are now flocking to the game...
